Navarre

Navarre (officially the Chartered Community of Navarre) is located in north Spain bordering France to the northeast, and the Spanish regions of the Basque Country to the west, Aragon to the east and La Rioja to the southwest.

The largest city in Navarre, Pamplona, is the capital of the region which is famous for the annual running of the bulls event. The city has much history associated with it so you will find fortifications from the 16th century to explore if you plan to visit. There is also a Gothic Cathedral here known as the Santa Maria la Real and the Museo de Navarra.
