Cantabria

Cantabria is a region of Spain located on the north coast that faces on to the Bay of Biscay with the Basque Autonomous Community located to the east, Castile and León to the south and Principality of Asturias to the west. Santander is the capital of the region which is a town comprising of a port and the popular El Sardinero sandy beach.

Cantabria offers a varied experience for holidaymakers with ski areas located up in the Picos de Europa National Park, thousands of caves containing stalactites and forested mountains so you have plenty to choose from when deciding what time of year to visit and what sort of experience you are seeking out.
